The Full Custom Mosaic Timeline
1. Free Mosaic Preview: About 2 Business Days
Upload a photo or artwork, and our team aims to email your first free Mosaic Preview within two business days after receiving a suitable image.
You'll have up to three complimentary refinement rounds if you'd like changes to the composition, color, crop, or important details. Any revisions can extend the design stage.
2. Production: About 7 or 15 Days, Depending on Size
- 24 × 36 in and smaller: approximately 7 days in production.
- 30 × 40 in and 36 × 48 in: approximately 15 days in production.
The production clock starts only after you approve the final Mosaic Preview and complete payment—not when you first upload your photo. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed turnaround times. Complexity, material availability, and production workload may affect the schedule.
3. Shipping: Approximately 7–18 Business Days After Dispatch
Standard shipping is included for our three standard artwork sizes to eligible addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Shipping may take approximately 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Remote-area or special delivery charges may apply and are confirmed before payment.
Production and shipping are separate stages, so a short production estimate doesn't mean the artwork will arrive in a week or two. For a 24 × 36 in mosaic, allow time for the preview, any revisions, around seven days of production, and the full shipping window. International deliveries can take several weeks overall.
